As an accomplished software professional based in Singapore for the past 18 years, I have had the privilege of working with several top-tier and SMB companies, such as Rational Software, IBM, Oracle, and Amazon Web Services.
Throughout my career, I have held significant positions like Certified Oracle Enterprise Architect, Senior Principal Architect, Technical Sales Manager, Technical Evangelist, Executive Consultant, and Software Systems Solutions Architect. My exceptional technical leadership skills have been widely recognized by large-scale software development organizations, and I have also served as an Executive Technical Sales Consultant and Technical Evangelist for IBM.
My experience in managing large technical sales and services teams across various regions in Asia Pacific, combined with my extensive project management experience in all phases of software development, has helped me acquire a diverse skillset. Furthermore, my in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in software development, along with my excellent written, verbal communication, and team leadership skills, has enabled me to achieve great success in my career.
In my personal time, I am an avid developer of mobile and machine learning applications, focusing on customer engagement and financial analysis of the stock and FOREX markets.
I grew up in Carmel, California, and wrote my first software program on a Radio Shack TRS-80 in BASIC at 14. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from San Jose State University in the early 1990s, I began my professional journey in software engineering and development. I have since worked at commercial and government software development organizations in Silicon Valley and Asia Pacific.
Currently, I am keen on exploring new opportunities in Singapore, the Middle East, and the United States in the areas of Technical Pre-Sales Management, Technical Evangelism, and Product Development.
